Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven AV Sales / Business Development Manager to drive business growth in Audio Visual solutions, Unified Communication, Collaboration technologies, and Smart Workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing projects across corporate, education, healthcare, hospitality, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business opportunities for AV solutions and services.
  2. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Audio Visual / Collaboration solutions.
  3. Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  4. Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, architects, consultants, and channel partners.
  5. Prepare proposals, BOMs, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
  6. Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and project teams for solution delivery.
  7. Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  8. Conduct product demos, presentations, and customer meetings.
  9. Track market trends, competition, and new technology opportunities.
  10. Maintain CRM pipeline and sales reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 1+ years of experience in AV Sales / IT Infrastructure / UC Sales.
  2. Strong knowledge of Audio Visual products and solutions.
  3. Experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  4. Good understanding of project sales and tender business.
  5. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Ability to manage large accounts and multiple opportunities.
  7. Proven track record in target achievement.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience in Video Conferencing & Collaboration solutions.
  2. Existing customer base in enterprise / corporate segment.
  3. Knowledge of Smart Meeting Room / Digital Signage solutions.
  4. Exposure to OEM brands like Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Extron, Barco, Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms.
  5. MBA / Business Management background preferred.
