Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced Sales Leader to drive our Power Solutions business, based in Bangalore.

This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for growing our market share, deepening customer relationships & strategically leading our engagements with Vertiv our cornerstone OEM partner across their Power, Cooling, Racks, DCIM ,Edge & GEN AI Infrastructure portfolio.

 The ideal candidate should necessarily have strong business & sales acumen, a sharp target/numbers orientation and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. You will act as the face of our Power business for 1000+ named enterprise accounts, crafting Power solutions & ensuring delivery of committed outcomes. This is a role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with our Regional Sales Leadership and OEM teams & delivering results in a rapidly evolving space where innovation starts with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Strategic Account Ownership & Regional Expansion
    2. OEM Collaboration
    3. Consultative Selling, Deal Structuring & CXO-Level Relationship Building
    4. Pipeline Generation, Forecasting & Quarterly as well as Annual Target Delivery
    5. Solution Sales across Power, Cooling, Racks, rPDUs, Smart Racks, DCIM & Edge
    6. Cross-functional Collaboration with Sales Ops, Marketing, Product & Delivery

      Drive the full lifecycle of Power Solutions Sales from planning to execution. Own key strategic accounts with your team & deliver on revenue, relationship and execution goals while working in sync with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

The candidate should have 10 + years of experience in B2B enterprise or infrastructure sales and a strong understanding of data center infrastructure including power systems, cooling, racks, and monitoring tools. Can articulate and pitch Power solutions to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence Has a proven track record of building and growing OEM-aligned businesses.

Brings a problem-solving mindset, high ownership, and a passion for customer success Works well with internal and external stakeholders a true team player who gets things done Thrives in high-growth environments, adapts fast and loves creating impact through structured execution.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about what they do & brings in high energy, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
