Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Cloud Sales Executive with strong exposure to cloud solutions and IT infrastructure sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling cloud services, engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders, understanding customer business needs, and proposing tailored cloud solutions. This role demands strong consultative selling skills, ownership of the sales cycle, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  1. Drive end-to-end sales for cloud solutions including public, private, and hybrid cloud offerings (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  2. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound and inbound leads.
  3. Own the complete sales lifecycle – lead generation, requirement gathering, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets aligned with business goals.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  1. Conduct virtual meetings, customer calls, and in-person discussions with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and Founders.
  2. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business challenges and recommending appropriate cloud solutions.
  4. Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Solution Consulting & Coordination

  1. Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and present customized cloud solutions.
  2. Translate customer requirements into clear solution proposals and commercial offerings.
  3. Support POCs, demos, and technical discussions in collaboration with internal teams.
  4. Stay involved post-sales to ensure smooth handover, implementation alignment, and customer success.

Market & Product Knowledge

  1. Maintain strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cloud migration concepts, security, storage, backup, DR, and hybrid IT environments.
  2. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cloud technologies.
  3. Effectively position Frontier’s cloud and infrastructure solutions against competitors.

Reporting & Process Adherence

  1. Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
  2. Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Follow organizational sales processes, compliance guidelines, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Sales / Cloud Sales / Technology Solutions Sales.
  2. Proven experience selling cloud services or IT infrastructure solutions.
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to handle complex sales discussions and engage senior stakeholders confidently.
  5. Good understanding of solution-based and consultative selling approaches. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  1. Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers.
  2. Exposure to cloud migration, managed services, or data centre solutions.
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
