Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Leader to drive our Power Solutions Business Unit based out of Bengaluru. The role involves leading enterprise sales for Vertiv solutions across a portfolio of 1,250 named accounts and driving business growth across Critical Power, Cooling, Smart Racks, DCIM, Edge, and Gen AI Infrastructure solutions.Â
Backed by a strong 30-year partnership with Vertiv, the selected candidate will work closely with enterprise customers, OEM teams, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic sales engagements and large infrastructure opportunities.Â
Product & Solution PortfolioÂ
- Power Solutions – UPS Systems, Switchgear, Busways, and Power Distribution Units (PDUs) Â
- Thermal Solutions – Precision Cooling Systems, Chillers, and Thermal Management Solutions Â
- Racks & Enclosures – Smart Racks and Enterprise Rack Solutions Â
- Monitoring & DCIM – Infrastructure Monitoring Tools, DCIM Software, and Remote Access Systems Â
- Edge & Modular Infrastructure – Modular Data Centers, Micro Data Centers, and Edge Computing Solutions Â

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales across 1,250 named enterprise accounts in the Bengaluru region. Â
- Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Facility Teams, and key decision-makers. Â
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across enterprise and emerging technology sectors. Â
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including opportunity identification, solution positioning, commercial discussions, negotiations, and closures. Â
- Lead consultative selling engagements across the complete Vertiv infrastructure portfolio. Â
- Collaborate with OEM partners, pre-sales, solution architects, and channel ecosystem teams for business growth. Â
- Drive account mining, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. Â
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and regular business reporting. Â
- Track market trends and emerging technologies across Data Center, Edge Computing, and Gen AI Infrastructure solutions. Â
Required Experience & SkillsÂ
- 5+ years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales within Power Solutions, Data Center Infrastructure, Electrical Solutions, or related technology domains. Â
- Strong experience in enterprise account management and solution selling. Â
- Good understanding of UPS, Cooling, DCIM, Power Infrastructure, or Data Center solutions. Â
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage large enterprise accounts. Â
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and business development skills. Â
- Experience working with OEMs, channel partners, and enterprise customers will be preferred.
Preferred BackgroundÂ
Candidates from Critical Power, Data Center Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, Electrical Infrastructure, or OEM Solution Sales backgrounds will be highly preferred.Â
