Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Business Manager to lead and scale our Hyderabad business across IT Infrastructure and next-gen technology domains including GenAI and Cloud.This role is for a commercially sharp, outcome-driven leader who understands enterprise sales, builds high-performance teams, drives revenue accountability, and expands strategic customer relationships.If numbers excite you, if ownership energizes you, and if you thrive in a high-accountability environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: –  Business Ownership & Revenue Growth

  1. Own and drive the commercial P&L for the Hyderabad region.
  2. Lead revenue growth across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Hybrid IT, and GenAI solutions.
  3. Develop and execute territory strategy for new customer acquisition (hunting) and existing account growth (farming).
  4. Ensure strong pipeline coverage and predictable closures.

Customer & Market Expansion

  1. Build and grow relationships with CXOs and enterprise decision-makers.
  2. Expand wallet share within existing large accounts.
  3. Identify new verticals and emerging opportunities in the Hyderabad market.
  4. Position value-based selling over transactional selling.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  1. Lead, coach, and scale the Hyderabad sales team.
  2. Conduct weekly/monthly business reviews to track targets, pipeline health, and conversions.
  3. Build a disciplined, performance-led culture with strong accountability.
  4. Mentor team members on enterprise selling, deal structuring, and customer engagement.

Commercial Strategy & Execution

  1. Work closely with OEM partners and internal solution teams.
  2. Align regional sales plans with organizational priorities.
  3. Use sales analytics and ground intelligence to improve win ratios.
  4. Drive structured forecasting and target achievement.

What We’re Looking For

  1. 10+ years of experience in B2B technology / IT Infrastructure sales.
  2. Strong exposure to enterprise/commercial business management.
  3. Proven track record of handling revenue targets and managing teams.
  4. Experience in both hunting (new logos) and farming (account growth).
  5. Strong business acumen with commercial negotiation expertise.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  7. MBA preferred (not mandatory if experience demonstrates strong business capability).
  8. Experience in Cloud / Hybrid IT / Data Centre / AI-led solutions is a strong advantage.
