Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide product knowledge support to Sales Team.
  2. Client facing role in terms of visits, conducting workshops and site surveys for wired/wireless/security requirements.
  3. Developing conceptual, preliminary, and detailed Network/Security design for complex, integrated cyber security systems and must take into account functionality, interoperability and feasibility of the solution.
  4. Work on tender RFP / RFQ’s and help prepare BOQ with technical writeup [HLD/LLD].
  5. Work closely with multiple account managers to position solutions.
  6. Should have a solid understanding of the industry and competitors.
  7. Responsible to come up with
  • Solution design documents [HLD/LLD] for projects.
  • Slides/Decks – Technical Presentations and Solution Workshops.
  • POC / POV’s – Should be able to do POC / POV’s for clients who would do it in-house or cloud-simulations/walkthrough
  • Develop, maintain, and disseminate knowledge of existing, new and proposed products and services available within the Cybersecurity landscape.

Key Skills – Networking [Wired/Wireless]

Networking Experience with Hands-on

  1. Switches (SMB / Campus and Data centre grade – Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus) & Router’s (Cisco /HP/Aruba/Ruckus/Juniper).
  2. Wireless Solutions (on-premise / cloud) – Standalone, Mobility Controllers, Embedded/Instant Controller based solutions – Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus.
  3. Knowledge on STP, RSTP, HSRP, Stacking, Stack wise, Spine/Leaf, VPC.
  4. Knowledge of Network Routing Protocols such as OSPF, BGP and SD-WAN technologies.
  5. Wireless technologies – Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, WPA2/3.
  6. Knowledge on SD-Access and DNAC would be an added advantage.

Key Skills – Cyber Security

Security Experience with Hands-on

  1. UTM/Firewall/NGFW/NGIPS Solutions
  • Cisco ASA/FPR/Meraki, Palo Alto Networks, FortiGate, SonicWALL.

    2. AV/EPP/EDR/XDR Solution

  • Palo Alto Cortex XDR, Crowd strike, Cisco AMP/Secure, TrendMicro, Carbon Black.

Advanced Security Technologies

  • SASE – Cisco Umbrella / Palo Alto Prisma Access.
  • NAC – Cisco ISE / Aruba ClearPass.
  • Email Security – Cisco ESA / TrendMicro.
  • Knowledge on DLP, WAF, ZTNA, SIEM, SOAR, Vulnerability Management, CASB Solutions would be an added advantage.

Any Industry-standard certifications like CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA/PCNSE, NSE4 would carry added advantage.
