Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Personal Computing Sales Executive with strong field sales exposure in laptops, desktops, and end-user computing solutions. The role involves regional revenue contribution, new account acquisition, CRM discipline, coordination with product teams, and execution of Apple & Non-Apple programs.

This is primarily a field sales role requiring regular market visits and customer engagement across Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales & Revenue Contribution

  • Drive regional revenue targets including Enterprise, Commercial Named, and Commercial Whitespace accounts.
  • Focus on new account acquisition (hunting) and business closure.
  • Meet customers regularly for relationship building and business development.
  • Independently close opportunities or collaborate with PCS SBU Champs for high-potential accounts.

2. Account Development & Market Expansion

  • Reach out to new accounts and expand presence in the Hyderabad market.
  • Coordinate with CEO’s office for data mining, analytics, and account insights where required.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in existing accounts.

3.CRM & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain clean CRM with real-time updates on opportunities and cases.
  • Prepare and share performance dashboards when required.
  • Participate in regional business reviews.
  • Provide proactive feedback to management on market trends, challenges, and support required.

4.Regional Coordination & Program Execution

  • Support lead assignment and monitor progress within the PCS team.
  • Coordinate with Block Heads, Regional Heads, and KAMs for account alignment and support.
  • Execute Apple and Non-Apple programs in the region (including Apple Insurance, MDM solutions, accessories, etc.).
  • Coordinate on stock mailers and named account coverage.

5.Sales Operations & Administrative Support

  • Prepare quotes and coordinate pricing with product heads.
  • Handle deal registration for Apple and Non-Apple opportunities.
  • Enrol customers on DEP where applicable.
  • Coordinate with OFG for order loading and delivery follow-ups.
  • Prepare margin sheets and follow up for finance approvals.
  • Work with product heads on stock forecasting (especially Apple products) based on pipeline visibility.

Required Skills

  • 2–6 years of experience in IT hardware / personal computing sales.
  • Strong exposure in selling laptops, desktops, and end-user computing solutions.
  • Field sales experience in Hyderabad market.
  • Good CRM discipline and reporting capability.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Target-driven with execution focus.

The Role: Inside Sales Representative (OSR) – PCS Sales

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses exploring Apple, Dell, Lenovo, and HP solutions—playing a key role in building pipeline and supporting enterprise sales.
