KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Quality and consistency of sales performance.
- Effective management and control of customer accounts.
- Strong team spirit, integrity and alignment to organisational values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, face-to-face interactions and networking events.
- Conduct diligent follow-ups with prospects through in-person meetings, supported by timely email and phone communication.
- Schedule, attend and convert meetings with qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through direct client engagement and relationship building.
- Maintain complete and updated records of leads, prospects and customer accounts in the company CRM.
- Perform strong market and account research to identify new prospects, key industry players and potential growth areas.
- Explore and analyse data using different tools to ensure accuracy, relevance and quality.
- Consolidate, clean and maintain updated client information.
- Prepare and update sales reports and interaction logs regularly.
